                                           Walter & Margaret Gladstone
Walter graduated from SUNY Cobleskill in 1982 with a degree in Agricultural Science and Cornell in 1984 with a BS in Animal Husbandry.  Margaret graduated from University of Vermont in 1985 with a degree in Elementary Education.  They were married in 1987 and purchased the farm in 1988.

Will, their oldest son graduated from Vermont Technical College in 2008 with a degree in Dairy Farm Management and returned to work on the farm as a herd manager.  Will became an owner in the farm in 2012.  John graduated from Vermont Technical College in 2011 with a degree in Diesel Mechanics and is an independent truck driver.  Matt, their youngest son, graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with a degree in Agriculture Engineering in 2013.  Matt has returned to the farm and is a mechanic on the dairy.

                                                         Will Gladstone
Will grew up on Newmont Farm and knew dairy farming was his dream from an early age.  Will became an owner in the farm in 2012. He is joined on the farm by his wife Brooke and three daughters, Hannah, Bresee and Madeline. Will's strengths are managing the herd. Will and Brooke purchased an opened an ice cream shop in 2019 called Gladstone Creamery. The three girls can commonly be found working with the calves, visiting dad at the barn or testing out their favorite flavors at the ice cream shop!

                                                         Matt Gladstone

Matt grew up on Newmont Farm and has always had a strong interest in equipment and mechanics. Matt became an owner in the farm in 2019. He is joined on the farm by his wife Marie and sons Warren and Grant. Matt manages and maintains the equipment at Newmont. The boys enjoy walks around the farm checking out the equipment and the cows!
